At 2:35 No, I didn’t drop the camera.  He kicked me.

    What a fantastic review.

  2. Hehe, it’s great you indulge him like that. He’s so lucky to have a mom who supports his interests and creativity..even if at times it’s at the expense of your sleep 🙂

  3. Another great review! Would you believe that I haven’t read a Percy Jackson book? BTW, I also love your aquarium in the background.

  4. great review and I too love the Percy Jackson series. Riordan is one of my favorite middle grade authors.

Bless your heart, you sound so tired. 🙂 I guess it was all worth it.

  5. Ha! Great post. I’m giving you (yes, once again as you’ve already gotten it) the Versatile Blogger Award. I couldn’t think of anyone else I’d rather give it to. Thanks for all your posts!

  6. my kid loves to read everything and usually has good selections. she loved the percy jackson series but i didn’t read it because it seemed like it was just copying harry potter but using mythology instead of wizards. i realize that’s not a very rational opinion, but it’s all i got.

also, is that you up in the banner? if so, what little of your face i can see, you look a lot like natalie portman. i hope you take that as a compliment.

    • My son actually has me thinking of reading these. I might give it a try. Of course, I have a backlog of novels stored in my Kindle at the moment.

Actually, my husband said Natalie Portman looked like me when she was in Star Wars. Go figure.

  7. You sound SO tired, LoL. This was so fun. I love Percy Jackson. =)
