   THe first of many, woot woot! I’m doing NaNo and then reading two manuscripts for CP’s . . . but your book is on my TBR list for Christmas break 🙂

   Great review! Just remember to only read the good ones.

   I attended a session on the novel at LitQuake a couple of weeks ago, and it’s interesting how many authors tell you not to read your reviews and then say they never read their own reviews and then after more discussion say that they “try” not to read their own reviews. It’s just human nature to want to know, isn’t it? Kind of like rubbernecking at a bad car crash. Amazon “one-stars” got slammed in a very humorous way. A friend of one author got hit with a one-star review on Amazon, so the friend checked out the other reviews by the guy. His only other review was for a leaf blower–which he loved. Ha!

   Anyway, this is just to say “Be careful out there. You never know when you’re going to get hit by an idget.” Best to only read the reviews rubber stamped by your friends. And beware the “friend” who tells you about a bad review.
